When you want to sell your home, there are two simple rules to follow to ensure a quick sale:  make it look amazing and make sure your realtor has an amazing photographer!

Above is a slideshow of my previous client’s home and we performed virtual staging!

  • 83% of staged properties sell for the asking price or above
  • Homes that are staged sell 75% faster than those that are not
  • It’s a fraction of the price of traditional staging
  • You can virtually stage indoors or outdoors!

My client had stiff competition with four other condos on the market for sale.  Those units had an average days on market of 30 or more.  To set his unit apart, I highly recommended my client paint his unit and install hardwood floors.  He took my recommendation and within 2 weeks, we had a buyer contract in hand and had blown away our competition!

Another photo tip – Our pictures were taken on a very gloomy day but my photographer added in sky enhancement to our photos and voila! ; )
